Does anyone know any sites that have pics of original cooper s interiors?
And also original colour schemes, both inside and out?

Not sure about online resources but there is a book "the original mini cooper and cooper s" by John Parnell that is pretty much regarded as the bible . There are a few flaws in the book but not many and it covers world wide production , not just UK .

As has been said, Parnell's book is the best available but it only covers English assembled Cooper S's.
