i just got a brake booster fitted to the car but it squeaks in the morning when the car is cold is that normal?? i have disc brakes. thansk |

the brake booster squeeks or the disk rotors? if its the disk rotors its normal. crystalisation (???) builds up over night.to wear it back to normal i just drive along in 2nd, left foot on the brake until the noise stops. |

when do the brakes squeel? under heavy load or all the time? Brake squeal 1. Worn retaining pins (disc). --->>> Fit new pins. 2. Faulty damping shims or shoe retaining clips. --->>> Fit new shims or clips. 3. Dust in drum. --->>> Remove dust from drums and shoe. 4. Loose backplate or calliper. --->>> Tighten calliper or backplate. |

check your brake booster the factory issued mouse may still be inside. |
