Myths

The other weekend I refitted Morris 1100 Motor. Originally when I first put the Extractors (Perry ?) I put the bandage on all pipes. This time I had some fun with the clutch., watch out there are two different size (Release bearings) and I had to bleed the clutch a number of time and of course brake fluid got over the bandage.
I removed the bandage as it was smoking….

No rust on my Extractors and the bandage had been their three years
