I know someone on the forum has bought these seats and I was just curious to know how they fitted them. ie. brackets, etc.

I've got a pair for my MK2 Cooper S but im yet to fit them, but they seem like fairly good qaulity seats, they fit well & seem well made, but time will tell.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

Careful about Rego. You will need them engineered in some states ACT & NSW Don't know about others. Most engineers are hezitant to sign off on Non SDR seats. Go to the Dotars website or consult an engineer before you buy them

That frame looks of good quality, Gadgets.
You've done well.

Did you cut the crap out of an old Mini seat to get the curves for the back 'legs'?

yep the back tubes are from the old seat so i could use the Mini seat rail to keep the original mounting points

original mounting points used at the front as well
used 75 x 6mm flat bar for the main frame

Oi Gaf are you saying my arse looks big in the seat
