Post subject:  mystery items (rear arch)

Ive had a look through some parts catalogs but i cant find out what these things are.

They're at the back of the rear wheel arches, circle plates facing fowards. I thought they might have been related to mudflaps or somthing.

Any ideas?

Do mean the screw on covers that protect the grease nipple in the rear trailing arm?

i cant work out how to post pics.. hmm whats happened to me?

Edit. how ironic, in the "how to post pics thread" it says "get it right and the image should appear like this *broken image*"
