I buy most of my stuff from Brickworx in SA.
I also use Karcraft, and when I want small difficult things,
I buy from mini spares in the UK.

Biggest practicle wheels on a mini are 12s.
Lots of people have 13's but they require body mods and top notch suspension
condition and good brakes.

Some people however have gone to stupid sizes like 17s or bigger.
:D

13s and 14s are equally possible. 13s is common but does require cutting to make work. Roundnose mini's look quite low and fat with wide 10s. But it's up to the owner. But with 14s you would need to get them mader to suit mini. By SUperlite or someone as I've never seen mini 14 wheels ever made.

Yeah, Minispares UK. Watch for model differences between UK and here.

Here's a link to a list of Australian mini businesses.

You can find good secondhand parts from members on this forum in the Wanted section - sometimes on ebay both AU and UK sites but know your prices.

Karcraft generally have the best prices in Australia - ask them for a catalogue then you can check the price against other sources and decide who to buy the item from.

Minispares are probably the best for online parts not carried by Karcraft but watch the frieght charges as these add to the seemingly cheap prices

MiniMania prices can be a lot dearer than MiniSpares as you are paying for freight and duties from UK to US but for some US made products they can be cheaper (eg ARP bolts )

Good luck and don't be affraid to ask questions
