I was driving my Monster tonight and noticed when I reved the car the head lights and the dash ligts become brighter ...the higher the rev the brighter the lights is this normal...
or do I need a new alternator.

It's normal.
If you want em brighter all the time get a bigger alternator, Bosch 75A or whatever.

Headlamp relay, bigger alt and halogen lamps is the best you will get.
