The good thing about joining a new forum is getting to post my old videos again. Here is one of the videos I made up showing the MDC guys at play.

http://www.shoalhaven.net.au/~nubtwo/mm ... d01wmv.wmv

Kev you will finally be able to see these vids now. If you remind me I will bring full size clear vids on a disk with me on the 14th.

Tried again and I got just 3 secs worth...
Ferking Microsoft Windoze.. for 2 pins I'd buy a Mac (although I hate 'em..)

Yeah, I bet he wasnt rushing back to the porsche owners club to tell how he got hosed by a mini. Unfortunatly I didnt have the camera running in the car all day and towards the end of the day he tried his luck out braking me at the end of the straight and speared off twice.

Kev can vouch for this one. One day we were out at Walefield park and a bunch of ahem, guys not of Australian background turned up in a bunch of rice burners and one guy in a near brnd new Porsche convertable, paid there money and made every attempt to write themselves and everyone else off. They were so hopeless and out of control the regualrs refuse to go out onto the track while they were on it and in the end Garry Willmington had to read the riot act to them, but they thought they were the fastest and greatest thing on the planet.

Hmmm was that the day the Japanese dude in the Civic? or CRX? wrote off the front spoiler big time.. we all paid more attention to his chick than the poor car!??

No ability required sg I never had any. IIf you like racing nothing beats the buzz of lining up for your first ever race. I alwats qualiified last two rows, never better, but I had a great view of the feild bashing into each other into turn one everytime.

I have always wanted to do it oz, my next door neighbours actually do Group N Historics up here in QLD, running a datsun 1600, MK2 Lotus Cortina and an Escort as a backup........ went to Morgan Park at Warwick with them a few months ago and it was one of the best days i have had in a long time :D :D :D just tinkering, spanner work for them etc....... a big eye opener as to how easy it is to get out there

Go to a V8 SUpercar meeting pay $50.00 SEE a hanfull dull races with no overtaking and squash in with 40,000 drunken yobbos or go to a club meeting with a 20 plus race program of all diffirent shapes and sizes, pay $10.00 to get in (if you dont know anyone) and see some of the best racing ever, I know which 1 I choose. I dont even have to pay to go to rounds of the V8 SUpercar championship, have access all areas, lucj and drinks provided and can take pix from the "Other side" of the fence and I still dont go, but I try to get to as many rounds of the NSW State championships as I can.
