 Post subject: poop in fuel tank

im doing the fuel lines today, did nt want to drain the fuel since yesterday i spent a hour primming the lines in a deisel truck at work and the lack of plastic bottle around my joint. the lines were open and fuel spilling about 10 secs and cought in a ice cream container, question is, is this stuff in the lines a worry,

edit dont worry about the water, that was there because i cleaned the container before,

At least you'll know it's all clean when you finish the job.

I used to clean the fuel tanks out from time to time on navy ships, and you should see the nasties that lurked in there. yuk.
