ill explain the story i have been a mini fan for about two years and now my grandad is really starting to get into the little beasts. when he decided to buy his first mini we searched the net, trading post, ausmini and all the other usual places until we found in the trading post a leyland mini s. good condition came with contessas. so we haggled with the guy and brought the car for $1400. After getting it home i was looking through ausmini and saw a post about a sunshine and it was identical to what my grandad had just brought so we checked numbers and discovered that it was infact a sunshine not just an s. but this in turn throwsup more problems the sunroof was lost when the previous owner was driving down the highway and it flew off and the vacuum tank has been removed.
So what we need help with is:
1 are the sunroofs used on the sunshines still available?
2 if still available where from ?
3 where could we get another vacuum tank from?
any help much appreciated
smillie
p.s please excuse spelling mistakes

Hey mate , good find on the Sunshine, I had one until recently.
Give Czerial a PM or email (do a member search) as he seems to specialize in these now desirable specials. I have seen a complete sunroof off a sunshine, but it's in WA. Throw me a PM if you would like to get in contact with the fellow who has it. He was keen to pass it on to me at the time but I had no need for it.
