Hi all,

Does anyone recommend an exhaust place who are specialist in Mini's? Also what sort of extractor should I get if I have a 1275 auto. A 3 to 1 or 3 to 2? Should I go twins all the way? Let me know your experience with exhaust.

I took my car a few weeks ago to Lambros Hi-Tech mufflers at Darlinghurst (near Taylor Square) - the guy there knows his stuff, knows his minis.

You may want to update your profile with your location. 8)

Getting the 1275 put in next month. well the brackets thats secure the mufflers came off so I am using cable tight to secure the whole exhaust. There is always something paying up with Minis? Yes, I believe a girl friend will be cheaper.

Girlfriend+Mini's=broke man.

LCB extractors and 1.75" exhaust are the way to go. 8)

Maybe cheaper but at least with the Mini, you get to do and go where you want, unless your girlfriend is with you?!

1.75 inches, it refers to the diameter of the exhaust pipe.

twin pipes all the way? I have to get a new catylist because is only single at the moment. Does anyone have twin pipes on the Mini and find big difference?

If its a fairly standard or bog stock 1275 I have found 3-1 and a rc40 1.75' tailpipe and muffler system works a treat.
