These wheels and tyres have popped up on eBay a few times in the past year.

FIrst time I saw them they were about $400 "buy it now" plus post. After 2 days I went to the page to buy them, but they had already sold.

Second time I saw them was about 4 months later....... for $650.... advertised by the person who bought them the first time.

"hmmm, somebodys upped the price a bit" I thought.

Well, the bloody things are back on eBay again... advertised by the second buyer.... and now at the bargain price of $1000.  :?

I dont know if there is something wrong with these wheels, but theres something definitely wrong with the depreciation....

lol... I was gonna use the buy it now the first time, but the first buyer got them (I actually know him - nice bloke), he must've been excited as I was, but didn't have a use for them so added his freight cost and onsold them. I'm pretty sure that 'little-miss-mini' is actually Northern Mini Parts in Melbourne.

Thats just sneaky. No wonder the background in the pictures was removed....

I SOOOOOO wanted these when I first saw them, but it took me too long to find a freight company that was good value.

And now.... theyre just not worth it.

Tyres are 200 a piece in that condition. Rims are worth about 200 each too.

I wonder if the tyres would still be any good? They will go off after a few heat cycles and then being left sitting around.

Am I correct in guessing the 2000C or C2000 means made in 2000 , been raced a couple of times since and are probably hard and grotty ?

I wouldn't touch them! They'd be borderline hard from not being used - I'd want sticky tyres for racing.

Hi guys. Just to let you know i was the original owner of these tyres and wheels. Tyres alone are 200 plus GST to purchase new. The rubber would still be good as i have another set and i still use them now. The tyres would be lucky to be a year old and as stated i only raced them once including a practice session. It must be said that with this compound i usually only get approx. 3 races plus a couple of practice days as it is a relatively soft compound. If you view the hoosier catalogue you will see the tyre size states C2000 as part of this. I'll let you guys decide if the price is reasonable or not. Cheers....
