I am after a good high resolution photograph of the sticker "floats on fluid" that was applied to Morris 1100's and some minis.

I am going to get the sticker reproduced and I will get a few extra done at the same trime for other who are interested.

Can someone please supply the photo and if possible the dimensions of said same.

Thanks in Advance.
Mike

Somewhere here i lost a response of mine
Basically
Thanks fellas
I would still love a good quality high resolution photo with the dimensions included.

I will happily have a few extra made for those interested. Not a profit centre here, just cover costs.

All the re-made ones I have seen have been too small.

The ones on http://www.elevenhundred.com/stickers.php look about right. He sells them for $10.

If someone has a picture of the whole window or car with the sticker on I can work out the exact size and I'd be happy to create the arwork in Adobe Illustrator for a professional looking job.

Sounds good to me
The actual clinically accurate dimensions are not important. Folks in Gulgong are more likely to come up and talk about the 1100 thay used to drive to the bowls match than get out a micrometre and measure the dimensions.

I do also remember the corruptions of that sticker - floats on saki, floats on pure enthanol, floats on etc .......

I will check out the other site - the sticker is inside mounted facing out.

I would have said 6" but looking at these ones against a ruler I would guess that they were 7" to 8" tall. (probably closer to seven)

The one on the left is chopchops one, the one on the right was done by a girl in Melbourne.

I think that the colour should be about halfway between the two blues. :?

Mike, I can send you one of chopchop's ones if you want. PM me your address if you want it.

I think that there was...
"Floats on Fluid" on the 1100.
"The 65 Mini floats on fluid" on the early deluxe. (something like that)
"The car of the century floats on fluid too" on the early 1800. (or similar)
I remember the joke ones as well like, "So what, this car floats on booze"
