Last week I added the sound deading / insulation to the fire wall. Cant believe I'm in the same car.
Also changed from side entry dizzie cap to front entry to accomodate 8mm leads and not only does it go better but it now likes to go "singing in the rain".
Best small outlay of dollars so far I reckon.

Oh yeah, I have found the smallest things will make huge differences! take wheel alignment, you'd be amazed what 1.5mm will do to the handling of the car!

i put 10mm split fire leads on and it made a difference.... also put a breather filter on the hose that goes into the side of the carby, instead of letting the carby suck the hot crap air from the tapper cover.... you'll be suprize on how well this works. :lol:
