 Post subject: rear demister problem

hey guys, im close to refitting my rear window, but i have a problem with my demister as the little connectors that were soldered on have broken off, is there a way to fix this or a replacement or what?

You can carefully re-solder the connections on your Heated Rear Window element :idea:

is that with just normal solder and a soldering iron :)

Yep, I'm a window tinter by trade now, and occasionally we have these come off, including today on a HZ GTS, although it wouldn't matter because his won't be working now anyways.

But yes, you just need to resolder it, try not to get solder splatter anywhere on the glass, and from memory it would need to be a fairly warm iron.
