hey
well my previous loom had a white and blue colour to the wire but now its replaced with a brown wire and goes to the pos+ off the starter, did they keep changing the colours of the ignition, there no white and blue ignition wire coming off the back of the ignition switch

i fixed him, someone has taken the loom apart, swapped the brown wire coming from the altinator/ batter and put the ignition wire which was covered in black paint in the spot where he would have had the normal connection, why it was painted black? who knows but the bloke who bought it off said that the mini it came out of has nt been on the road in a looooong time,
