what is a a clubbys rego cost roughly in nsw as its almost time to get mine regoed and need a rough idea...?

I just shopped around for the green slip, and it appears that NRMA and GIO are trying to gain some market share as they are significantly cheaper than the rest. 8)

My 3 tonne late model Isuzu truck is $1500 for the greenslip :cry:
But my Cooper S is only $17 :D

I have to rego my cooper s next week, NRMA sent my greenslip,they wanted$466, i asked them why so dear they said there was some changes to there system and it should be about $288( i think it was about $256 last year with them) the rego is $212.

well its okay guys n girls. I have found a 'rego calculator' on the rta website and a greenslip price comparison site and it should work out at about $750 all together.

my rego costs the $350
and the ctp is $550

and it's a 2000 camry............ a camry ffs

the ctp on the mini with a turbo is only 500 work that out??????

among other things the RTA says there-
"Customers who operate motor vehicles for business purposes pay higher registration costs than if the vehicle is for private use only."

If it's a van, can you register it for PRIVATE use, or is it deemed to be a commercial vehicle? :?
