Tomorrow is valentines day , just remember , if you do something romantic for your wife/partner/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend then he or she will probably let you spend money on your next mini oriented purchase much easier and it won't endup with you sleeping on the lounge .

This community service announcement has been bought to you by the combined efforts of the ausmini moderaters and will be exiled to the poolroom after valentines day ....

I can spend money on my mini or mini related products the joys of being single. I think I'll ask my Mini to be my valentine can't say no and will never complain how much money I'm spending. Also I'll be sleeping in my warm bed every night, no doghouse or couch.

The present to mini bits expenditure ratio as far as I have been able to work out is 1:5.

For example, spend fifty dollars on flowers and chocolates for the wife and an expenditure of 250 dollars on the mini will be ignored.

Also note, wives/girlfriends can usually spot the Coles/Woolies flowers from the higher quality and priced Interflora varieties. They smell like the supermarket produce I am told. Passing them off as more expensive flowers (although understandable) runs the risk of detection, and the present to minibits expenditure ratio will be reduced accordingly.

Ahhhh you can only spend your money on the mini but you can't spend your PARTNERS money on your mini though....

Although doing this and getting caught results in an instantaneous and painfull death

i must be the luckest sod here... my average spending on the mini project would be around $600 a fourghtnight..and if i run out my wife just pays ...gee ive got it good...she even paid for my rear subframe to be built on my last mini...but i will add flowers and chockys dont cut it with her...its gold and shiny stuff she likes but this year i got her a massarging chair thing for her back so she can relax after a hard days work...spending money on a mini is easy....finding a partner in life who dosent mind is the tricky part..so i consider my self a lucky man indeed...
wishing everyone a happy valintimes day tomorow....may your other harfs bring lots of nice things and some mini bits as well your way.

 I've heard that soaking them in perfumed water prior to presentation might mask this. Trouble is you need to stay silent when she's lookin for that misplaced bottle later

Hmmm?
I'm willing to let you give it a go. But only if you let us know if you ARE still married/alive afterwards. Just remember that this is an important experiment for you fellow man kind, whatever happens.
(Just consider all those extra funds that could be slyed into Minis thanks to your experiment).
