Just reading this advert on ebay, the seller claims (im sure they are Ausmini members) that there are only 30 1275LS's left in existance???

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/MINI-LS-1275-Gen ... dZViewItem

Im part owner in the 11th last 1275LS built, with Aaron, so basically im wondering how many are still around, Chris Z can you help out?

Very bold indeed, I don't believe it.

But as an aside the LAST 1275LS is kept at the Birdwood Motor Musuem, where Hotbricks have their annual 'do'.

It's in Hi-Ho silver, (respray, looks 2-pac).

I don't buy the only 30 left bit, my boss has 3....
They are still more common than you think, IMO.

Maybe he's thinking of Hillman Imps left in Oz, where that number IS close. 8)

Maybe Tony is referring to what is in Qld. I still had one on the road up till four years ago that has since been scrapped along with the spare nugget gold one, both 1980 models.

I reckon I've seen thirty individual 1275LS in the last 10 years. There are at least three in Geelong alone (including Poeee's).

Graham Russell Has a HiHo and so does Zack of this forum. I've seen heaps more 1275LS than I have seen 850's that's for sure!!!

PRESERVE THE 850'S PEOPLE!

One day they really will be rarer than S's...
