Post subject:  Wide R rated tyres????
Anyone know who makes wide 205/215 R Rated tyres for 13 inch rims??? My choice would have been Dunlop but they only come in 190's.

I used to run Bridgestone Eager SF-330's on my 13's on my gemini, they were like 215/55/R13. I dont know if they make em any more?

im fairly sure Eager's are out of production, i used to run 215/50/13's on my escort 8) coolest tyres ever, not great in the wet :lol:

Is this for the road? on a mini? how wide are your rims?

175/50 R13's are quite wide..and dunlop do 195's..but that is the only tire in that size.

A048R's only come in 175/50's and for a 205 i think you'd have to go Hoosier..

You don't specify what sidewall you want either.. :?

Not for road use. Rims are 13 x 8. Dunlop Rs would have been good but not wide enough. Ill keep looking. Someone suggested that motobike sidecar tyres are good value - need to check this out.
