Can any of the resident guru's tell me what wiring changes happened after 1974 and if I could modify this for my 1974 Clubman, or is the seller incorrect in the description. Didn't find detail changes in my wiring diagrams.
Thanks

Not much goes on back there in the loom. Perhaps the addition of rear demister option, or a reverse light. There certainly wasn't an electric fuel pump to worry about. Same interior lamp wiring too.....
Perhaps the reversing lamp is the difference, but I don't remember them on a 76 clubman...

A one or two wires were possibly added in '75 (as was said) but deffinately no wiring was removed from the earlier loom so you can still use it in any model (granted they have the same rechtangular connector from the front loom) and just not use the extra wiring (if any).

But again the rear wiring loom is a very simple beast - not much to do wrong there. Youve got 3 wires for the door switches and the interior light, two for the indicators, two for the rear side lights, two for brake lights, one or two for the num. plate light and not much more.
