Hi guys
I have found a way of getting 8.4 inch brakes sent over from the uk. I just want to make sure that basically all I need is a complete hub assembly, discs and calipers. Is this correct ? or is there other components I need too? Can I use my own drive shafts etc etc, I know I have banged on about brakes a fair bit recently but hopefull this will put the topic to bed.

Thanks as always
Michael

If you're getting solid 8.4's off a late model mini then yes, all you need to make them fit will be everything that hangs off the hub (inc the hub of course) and your current drive shatfs will not be a problem.

If you're getting 8.4" vented off a metro you will encounter all the usual 'problems' with fitting them because of the metro hub (which is different to a mini)

I hope I'm not sprouting info you already know...

Good luck with it all
