As in subject, can anyone shed some light on where I would be able to get my hands on some, preferably within Australia?

Any tyres shop should be able to get them for you.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

How much dish do you need to classify them as "deep dish"?

The deepest minilite style wheel ive seen in 10's are Minator 10x6's

But in 12's..... to have dish you'd need to get ones 6" wide because most companies wouldnt make a 5" with an offset to give you big dish. Or if youre lucky enough, I remember seeing a huge dished 12x7 advertised somewhere....

Honestly, your best bet is Japanese eBay  They have all sorts of sexy stuff like that.
