Hi All, just wondering if anyone knew of a halogen conversion kit that had the "cutesy" rounded look of the lucas lights.. most halogen kits i have seen have a pretty flat lamp! i just found this from japan.. anyone know if we could get them here? ![]() thanks, - tom |

GQ Nissan Patrol's had round-lens halogens. So do LandCruiser Troopies. Give the wreckers a call. ![]() |

If you really want them to look like Lucas sealed beams, you'll have to apply a heavy yellow tint too ![]() |

Go to your local wreckers. Many cars ran 7" headlights. All you need is the assembly and to buy new bulbs (i get 80% of the bulbs at the wreckers still work!). It will be much cheaper... |

I've seen the original Lucas 850 lamps that aren't sealed beam converted to run H4s. That way you get the original domed light with the lucas logo. Too much effort if you ask me, especially considering the effectiveness of the reflector is very 1950s. |
