and now the Chinese may bring the name back to life :roll:

The "AUSTIN" name is coming back.......

Autocar reports this week Nanjing who will restart TF2 and ZT saloon production in March have new mid range cars (replacements for the ZR and ZS ) being tested and these Lotus engineered cars will carry the Austin brand name and go on sale inside 5 years
