i got a quote from mini king in narrellen about my 2 uni joints cause they are rubbing against the sump and he told me it will take 1 day and it will cost $150 to do it, to me thats not a bad price.

does anyone know if this is to much or a good price?

Most mechanical workshops have to charge about $75 an hour to cover costs. The actual time for doing the uni change is about an hour plus or minus and depend on if the mechanic has a hoist or is lying on his back under the car which is up on jack stands.

So based on that the labour plus the cost of the uni joints is a very reasonable price.

He probably meant to say he needs the car for a day so he can do the uni change when and as he can.

Add to that that there is few in Australia that know as much about mini's as the Mini King.
