Just pulled the headlights and parkers off to rewire and found that under the fittings there is only primer. The rubber gaskets are original and have colour on them but with straight edge as though it was masked and there is blue overspray inside the headlight bucket. - That is the side that is still undisturbed original - the other side looks like it has had a knock in the past and has been patched up - non-original or standard headlight bucket and a'transparent' layer of blue over the primer areas but not as deep as the rest around the headlight

The joys of restoration  My second Moke's rust repairs consisted of flywire and bog (and not even proper flywire, the plastic crap!) Total lack of respect!

I suppose it saved a bit of time - at least it had primer under there and it wasn't just bare metal!
