G'Day peter. I think it is 1330. Are you building a new motor? Do you have any plans of doing club days or motorkahna's?

G'day - yes, freshening up the S - what started as a new head gasket just grew and grew - as it does - and now nearly everything has been replaced or repaired, inc gearbox. Crank, pistons etc balanced too.
Will consider club days etc, but this car is mainly for the road and won't have a very hard life. I reckon Motorkhanas are too harsh on cars - ok if that's what you want to do, but I'm a bit gentler on cars these days.

Anyone able to confirm the 1330 size?
Cheers
Peter :)

I'm pretty sure it is.

I always consider the 2500 dollar replacement cost of a new S crank when mistreating an engine. Always manages to straighten out my priorities!

Er, yes, that's enough motivation for me to be "kind" to it. I'm spending that much on parts and machining now.

1330 it is then?

1,328.73 cc precisely according to my math. But I failed Y12 maths (in the days when they actually failed students) so I await correction.

60" thou oversize = 72.136mm bore x 81.28mm stroke.
Curse metrication, daylight saving and political correctness!
