On the clubman there is two bolt from the sub frame to the front apron.I was just about the cut the old apron to replace it with a new one when i notice this. What i want to know is if i can remove those bolt without having the engine and the sub frame falling. Are the structural or they are more for holding the front panel????

The subframe is bolted to the car in 4 other places. Using 8 bolts in total. Pull em out, mite b a good idea to just stick a jack under it the front of the fame just to allow the bolts to come out easier incase it drops a little.
