ALRIGHT, I finally found a van that i wanted.

This one: http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=29111

Drove it to work, then home, and everything seems mechanically sound. BUT my idol rev on the way home went drastically higher. I'll figure it out in the morning!
Needs body work, with a few rust spots externally, under the carpet seems good, yet to rip more carpet out.

Will hope to see some of you at the pie in the sky cruise this Sunday!

Cheers,
Huey

good to see a nice example of a smooth roof van floating around. Take care of it and it'll be really handy.

I have a rolling shell in the garage looks identical but you have the K doors on it. I still have the sliders.

Welcome and nice to meet you

I reckon that was a good buy huey :)

With any luck the shell wont have much rust 8)

I hope she/he? treats you well (you do have to give it a name now ;) )

Check for any leaks on the manifold/s which could interfere with the idle.

That came from the Northern Beaches about 9 months ago. Looked good in the pics back then, but yea it needed some finishing off.

You don't have to name it, my car hasn't got a name and it still functions perfectly well....

Congrats huey, hope all goes well with your new van.
