| Post subject: | Heater Duct |
Hi just wondering what i can use as replacement ducting for the heater in my clubby. Its the crap stuff thats like papery and just rips. I need to do it all really... You know the stuff.. where it comes in the vent from the RHS hole under the dash drivers side and goes into the heater and back out the heater to the windscreen thingys.  Hope u can help as its pissing me off.

Wgat's the width? Revolution sell a rubber / plastic flexi pipe that may fit. |

Actually, got down and had a look under the pedals and stuff yesterday, and i nitced this tube that you speeak of was torn off, and freely dangling  . I had never noticed it before, So yeah it needs fixing

I'd say its 60 or 70mm in diameter.. Its a big thing for what it is... Its like a spiral metal thing running thru papery crap. Its horrible stuff 
Hmmm... any clubby people replaced theirs? Cmon i'm doing it for mine AND anton's advantage - coz im sure he will be replacing his

You can get plastic pipe with spiral wire in it- better than paper. Aircon places have it.

Sweet as. Yeah talking bout air conditioning; i really miss having aircon in a car.. it got to like 37 degrees today - something ridiculous.

I was thinking the same. I used my heater once and i didnt even really need to. Do i need to tap any hoses off? Hmm the heater is a load of crap anyway

Yes all you do is Put a blank on the top of the Head wre the heater hose comes out of and get a Different lower Rad hos that does not have the small heater hose on it. |
