| Post subject: | Needle sizes? |
Just lookin for some info on what needles are needed for a 1100 running with 1 1/2 exhaust and 1 1/2 twin su carbs and mild road cam? would a normal needle be restricting i feel i get some lag and almost accelrate as fast pushing the pedal in slow as i do flooring it in one go? any help |

Overcarburated with 1.5's IMO especially if its stock capacity (1098?) 
The smaller HS2's would be a better match - better torque characteristics which comes from the smaller venturi (1.25"). Changing the needles in the 1.5's will not solve anything. I love big jugs too, but there's a time & a place.......................
