Take a look at this mini pickup - One of the pictures show an australian compliance plate YMA2S2. This is not right is it ??

pickups wern't made in aus, and thats an 850/deluxe plate isnt it??

Or was it one of those zetland special one offs??

We discussed this car the last time it was on ebay. The plate is from a Deluxe.
It is a Ute built from a sedan. :shock:
I doubt that it is a viable project. 8)

You are correct. I saw it there a few weeks back as well.

I don't believe this ute is a viable project either. If anyone on here is interested in bidding I would highly recommend you visit Mini King first!

UK pick ups as in genuine ones, have mini van wheelbases. So usually people make utes out of mini vans, such that it looks good and gives a useful amount of space in the back, sedan mini into ute is pointless also fuel tank is still in the boot, unline the van.
