Well, after all these yrs. think I've found it 
Replacing the rubber seals in the quarter vents. Not only do you have to demolish just about the entire door to get the sucker out, fitting it to the metal frame is a real PITA. Anybody got any tricks

CRC and a small, blunt screwdriver. Start from the the centre, where the window swivel pin goes though and work outwards towards the ends. Other than that, I don't think there are really any tricks, just patience. . . |

I hope it is not that bad a job as it is one I will be doing on the new project, just got to get the rubbers first. |
