The interior trim of the cooper s is the same as the interior trim of the deluxe / super deluxe(?) of the same year.

The interior pattern on the seats should be 'tuck & roll'.

This is the interior (best shot I have uploaded ATM) of my '67 deluxe. Someone on here might know if there are any major changes between a 67 and 68.

<edit> sorry about the size

They are vinyl seats - recovered though as there was serious butt grooves worked into them after all that time!

No one has told me I'm wrong yet so if you would like some more pics of the interior just let me know - I'll get to them as soon as possible.

Here is some examples of the three different patterns of seat trim. (all for sale on ebay at the moment! (not mine))

I think that your car would have had the second pattern but I am not sure of the changeover point.

That's a good idea and I've added it to my list.

AFAIK at the moment, the top style is from the early Mk1, the middle from the late Mk1 and the bottom from the Mk2.

I'm fairly sure that your car would have been the middle style, but I also don't know the exact date of style change.

I will look into this, but don't hold your breath folks.

It is currently about good idea number 327 on the list.

Cheers,
Watto.

The top style is what is in my 70 Van (originally, ignore the 850 seat on the driver side!)

Oh My God! Only 33 days!

I've still got heaps of work to do....

Only 12 days to get it to the printer.

Still, I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

Just wait till you see what I've found out about police Minis!

Cheers,
Watto.
