 Post subject: Upper control arms

ive removes the upper control arm so far i can see the nylon sleeve in the arm. Putting in asjustable hi los. how do i remove the strut so i can put in the adjustables into the displayer unit. the displacer unit came loose by hand fairly easy. heres what i can see.
