Just had the LS dyno'd this morning and after getting the SU needle changed and new plugs & leads fitted, the motor is running sweet as...

The LS is getting 30Kw or 40.23Hp @ 6000rpm to the wheels from a 1030cc motor. When I get another head done up the mechanic says I should get around a 40% increase in power.... :D

Hmmm... big carb for a little engine. Obviously working well though :)

Had to put the bigger carb on awdmoke because I just couldn't get it to run right with the 1.50 SU...

But yes, the bigger one works very well and still get around 26+mpg running around town and just over 30+mpg on longer runs...
