Just a quick one guys, I have searched but didnt find much.
I am putting new seals in my calipers, there is 2 different types of seal, a solid one with a groove in the centre and a thinner one with no groove.
I want to know what seal goes underneith the metal ring, the grooved one or the other one?.
Also the small rubber seal in between the calipers , can it just be a regular rubber square cut O ring from a normal motor parts place? or does it have to be a special material?

and lastly does anyone know the tourqe figures for the calipers?

Thank you

The solid one goes inside, it's the main seal.
The other is the dust seal.
You can get the seals for the caliper halves from www.karcraft.com.au tell em which caliper type it is.
Don't try and make one... they are a type of plastic, not rubber.
