7.5 8.4 flange track????????

Post subject:  7.5 8.4 flange track????????
Hi all,

Im doing a brake conversion and just wanted to know if the 8.4 drive flanges gave a wider track than 7.5 flange?? i only ask because the pics ive seen of the 2, the 8.4 looks alot thicker.... or are they same.
