Post subject:  Compression

Compression always depends on what piston dish size, gasket thickness volume, and head chamber capacity. measure the swept volume add to the total of the three above capacities and again devide that total by the total of the three capacities being head chamber, gasket and piston dish.

Swept volume = Bore radius times 22, devide by 7, multiply by stroke length.
Always easier to work this in Millimeters.
One will be surprised how many engine builders don't have a clue how to work this and they bore blocks out and machine heads down and bolt them together without even thinking that the compression can go through the roof.
