Sitting down having tea then the phone rings''its for you'' she says,this guy says you interested in a mini ''ahyeh'' i says,shells not much chop but its got a fully reconditioned 1275 bored to around 1300 with bit of a cam ''he says'' done stuff all k's and floggs along,are you interested he says ..I say yep!!! Ilive in a country town,,he says im going to perth on saturday and i'll pick it up for ya.. I says no worries mate see ya saturday :lol:

Im over the moon mate! Just spent heaps on my cooper s motor,then this pops up just as i'm about to put it back together!!But i'm not complaining!!! :lol:

He's going to ring back with engine number be alright if it had 9F/XE/Y or 9F/Sa/Y on it but can't be to hopefull!!!

You can get lucky sometimes.
Mate of mine in Blacktown picked up an S motor & gearbox (out of a GT) for fifty bucks a few years back :)
