This motor i have has 1275 head,manual fuel pump,no tappet chest covers and small welch plugs,what would it be out of? any ideas

Easiest way to get an idea is post the engine number prefix .

Hasn't got one,may have been pommy motor with tag or numbers been ground off,can still see 2 dimples each side but can't make ou if they were old riverts or not..

If no tappet chest covers yes it's definitely a 1275.
