ahoy there mateys,
what could be some causes of a non constant idle. At the moment my car will idle nicely for say 20 secs, then the revs will drop to nearly stall, then come back up again then drop off and so forth, im gunna go out on a limb and guess its either a fuel or electrical issue (hahah can it be anything else gremlins maybe) Anyhow i recenltly installed a new coil/leads/plug but i had the same problem before these were installed.
So i thought id ask you smart people what you think it could be
have a rad day
trent

I find our 1293 with twin HS4 carbs does that, if I set the mixtures too lean.
Once really warmed up or on a hot day it's OK.
Could be a slight air leak around the throttle spindles causes it.
