I have this issue on my car where the wheel (front) sticks out from the guard 10mm
more than it does on the drivers side.
The other thing relating to that is the wheel on the passengers side will turn freely
with plenty of guard clearance, where as the drivers one hits outright.

Does anyone know what my problem here could be?
Thanks.
:D

BMC/BL manufacturing tolerances... you are real lucky if you get one that's perfect, with the same castor and camber on both sides even.
Or, perhaps the car has had a hit sometime in the past, like mine.
The only way I could get mine `perfect' on the right rear was fit a 4mm spacer to the hub..

Every mini I have seen seems like the subframes are shifted to the left... as odd as it is

My last mini had the frame shifted to the left marginally as well, but the wheel hitting the guard problem was nowhere near as bad.
The biggest problem I have is how noticable the problem is once the flares are on the car.
