Do you need to buy lowered shocks in order to run a mini in the lowered position? ie which ones should I buy? These ones ![]() Standard height or these ones, lowered? ![]() |

yeah probably, but I just wanted to know if I could lower it a bit and still use the standard height shocks? |

You can, provided you don't go too extreme with the lowering. The standard ones may bottom out on big bumps, so you may want to go for the lowered ones for piece of mind. ![]() |

My cars reasonably low, and it's alright with standard Spax. Mini's are low enough to be fine stadard but the rear tends to look silly on many, being very high off the ground, a set of rear hi los fixes this up very nicely. So IMO slight lowering at the front, a slightly more lowering at the back. |

How could shocks lower a vehicle? they don't take up any of the weight I can't see the photo so this could be a silly question... |

I can't see the photo so this could be a silly question... They don't , "lowered shocks" are a bit shorter than standard shocks so they don't bottom out at full compression (big bump with a really low mini) like a standard length shock would . |
