Hey,
One of my plastic window winders on my 78' mini clubman has broken. I would like to get a pair of quality metal/chrome winders but the only ones i have seen on the web have been around $95! Where can i find some cheaper quality ones without having to resort to the old plastics. or do i just have to pay the big bill. Any advice?

Cheers

Be careful, I doubt the Bling shiny UK ones will fit Oz window winder mechanisms without mods.

The Uk ones are crap too, doing up the stiff window, the knob splits and falls off any that soft bit of "webbing" between your finger and thum is left to smack into the rivet that is now poking out of the winder.....not cool! especially while driving.

I got a set of chrome winders and interior handles (not needed in you car)
Cost about $30 for both sides. From a 1950-60 Not sure exactly, but it was from an Alvis, so the bloke said, he told me he didn't think they'd fit the mini, but the do, very nicely. I've seen them on other mini's before too. Just required a longer bolt on the handle, but winder was fine.
