could be tyres rubbing, have you greased all your steering components? because it only happens at full lock it sounds like your problem could be your tyres. best to have a mate standing outside the car looking for signs on where it may come from aswell.

Would the ball joints create a squeaking sound?

What condition are the wheel bearings in?

Ive had this happen to my car and noticed it would go away when the car had been drive for a little while. Doesn't happen anymore since i redid the wheel bearing and ball joints. Maybe a fluke im not sure.

Is the squeak coming from outside the car or could it be possible that it's coming from inside?

I had a squeak in my car that happened when ever I turned the steering wheel. The earth for the indicators was sqeaking as it rubbed along the collar - a light touch of WD40 and it's all good - no more squeaks.

hi, thanks for the replys, but it is not out side the car. its coming from the steering callor area. it might be the indicators.

BTW - I also found some really fine sand paper worked really well; that's if you don't want your car to smell like WD40 - I did mine over summer and had the window's down anyway.

The emery paper worked well but i could still just hear a squeak.
