 Post subject: How to fix door hinge

My bottom right hand door hinge(morris mini external door hinge) has movement in the pin. Do you have to buy a hole new hinge, if not how do you put a new pin in. :?:

So it is best to take the hinge off the car then hit the pin out with a hole punch. But how do you get the sleeve of the new pin in.

well you need to get rid of the old sleeves first, with a good holepunch or something else thats the right size, then i like to rub the sleeves with a bit of sandpaper, give it a slight taper so it sits in the hinge hole nicely. and tap tap tap the sleeve in... they can break as your fitting them if they arent sitting well to begin with.
not a hard job, but a rewarding one
