I changed my rear bearings over a few months ago, The new ones i bought said you no longer need a spacer. So I didnt put it back in, now my wheel is wobbly again, the bearings are ok still.

Before I changed the bearing over, I jacked up the car and the wheel tilted inwards, this time it only wobbles a few mm. Is this because there is no spacer or another reason??

all wheel bearings in a mini need a spacer, but some have the spacer built in to the inner races... basically half the thickness of the spacer poking out from the inside of the inner race. Did they look any different to the ones that came out?

Shouldn't have gone after only a few months...

They looked a alot different, the ones that came out were shattered I was so lucky to drive it home from Queensland and not have the wheel fall off.
If i knew they were like that i would have changed them up there.

But yes 2 inner and outer looked totoally different to each other, one had an extra piece that sticks out alittle further.

Some do, but not all brands. Last Timken kit I bought had the spacer separate.
