Can you use 32 or 33mm chokes in a Weber 45 DCOE or does it have to be
a 40 DCOE. :?:

45DCOE requires 45DCOE chokes and 40DCOE requires 40DCOE chokes, but the sizes do overlap (ie you can have a 45DCOE with 34mm chokes and you can have a 40DCOE with 34mm chokes)

You can get 32mm chokes for a 45DCOE, I run this set up on my 998cc Bugeye Sprite. If you want 33mm chokes I think you'll have to start with a pair of 32's and machine them down. Standard sizes seem to go up in 2mm steps.
